I realised if I don't blog fast enough, I will never be able to blog a post about my most current activity here! I will always be doing a backward post.. -__-

And my posts are all so jumbled up! Day 1-> Day 3-> Day 6-> Day 7-> Day 2-> Day 4-> Day 5 and now Day 10.. what happened on day 8 and Day 9?

Day 8 was first day of school.. I'm taking 2 modules here and my 2nd module will only start on Week 2.. So, first week of school was 2.30-5.30pm Tue-Thurs :)

We were rather shocked by the way our Introduction to Financial Markets professor's way of teaching.. She's a visiting lecturer from Harvard University.. and we think that she's over-qualified to teach a beginner's course.. She wanted to have NO final exams.. There will be a group project worth 40%, oral exam worth 25%, individual project and class participation is the remaining 35%...

The oral examination was so scary we went to buy the expensive HKD270 textbook immediately after class... There were 3 books left only.. And Thunder and I shared one.. After that, we locked ourselves in hostel to study cause we were afraid of the embarassment if we could not answer question in front of the whole class! (the oral exam: lecturer decided she had talked too much in class, then randomly call 2 person out.. give them a bunch of questions and 5 minutes to prepare WITHOUT looking at notes.. then stand in front and present to everyone! Questions can be about that day or the previous day's lecture content..) .. simply scary..

Anyway, after class on Thursday, we decided we need to get out of CUHK... Went to Mongkok for dinner.. :)
