Saturday!!
It had been a very crazeee Saturday... (and Sunday morning)...
I went to work as usual on Saturday morning... Got complained by some customers.. got ignored by some customers whenever they see my "Trainee" badge... Got thanked by customers... answered a lot of calls..
NEARLY got to crush a tablet for customer to eat right there and then.. Went to Mount Elizabeth to collect medicines, which means walking along Orchard Road... There were sooo many people around! So many different people to look at... Haaha... Fun to be able to walk along Orchard Road while working...
Learned some new things... Thanks to nice pharmacist.. =)
SW came to my workplace to meet me! Then we went to Taka together after my work at 6.30pm... bought some cards before we bumped into WY.. She also bought present for her preceptor... Then we went to meet the rest at Pepper Lunch for belated birthday celebration for SW...
YJ and I went to fetch SW's pretty cake....
Ordered our dinner which we had to cook ourselves... Or actually just stir by ourselves till the ingredients are cooked.... I ordered Pepper Salmon Rice.. It was okay...
HY and I had to rush off before SW cut her cake... Which was very sad .. =(
Didnt get to eat the cake that i ordered.... *sobz*
Met CM at Serangoon MRT and we took a cab to Serangoon Gardens... For a 1st anniversary party of the company i worked at during the holidays... It was at a pub... Ate more food... and drank some... tried a few drinks which i never had before...
I like this drink which is called Cherry Popper.. It looks nice with the cherry in it.. It has Vodka and cherry juice....The Tequila Sunrise also look pretty..with nice orange-red colour...
Then, CM's Swiss friend joined us...
Since the Swiss friend like singing karaoke a lot (I mean really really like!), we decided to sing karaoke at this place which is opposite the pub... We started singing at 1am...
all the way til 6am!!!
The Swiss friend sang all the way!! I fell asleep at about 4.30am... in such a noisy karaoke room, I slept like nobody's business... I didn't even know what songs they sang after I ZZZ-ed...Only woke up near 6am and sang a few songs before we left the place...
Took a cab back and reached PGP at 6.30am... slept all the way til 12.30pm (Sunday)....
This had to be one of the craziest thing I had ever done... Never imagined someone could sing karaoke ALL NIGHT LONG! (for your info, there is no karaoke place in Switzerland.. That is why the Swiss friend loved singing K so much!)
And we sang quite a few Malay songs.. which is weird.. haha...
Today (Sunday) was slack day... After I woke up, ate my brunch and checked mail, I went to KY's room to eat mini sausages... and watch TV and chatted....
Then we helped SW moved her things to her friend's place... and continued watching TV and chit chat... When we decided to cook our dinner to eat with WX's black pepper chicken bought from Cold Storage...

But when SW came back, she suggested Mushroom Cream Spaghetti and also added red bean on the eggs... And I made Ice Ribena Drink....
It was a GREAt dinner!! we were all so full and HAPPY!!!

Tomorrow will be the last week of preceptorship... I did not wear the white jacket cause I do not think I am qualified.. I do not want to be scolded by customers just because I had not learned enough yet... I prefer it remains as it is.. A student, learning...

My niece, En En is going to be 2 years old on 30th September... =)

Finally submitted the "assignment".. heard that a few of my coursemates got caught... well, they are okay now... Went back to work yesterday... Was a fairly good day... start to like going to work... o_O
Today was not bad too.... except that I did some things wrongly.. but not too big mistakes... Hopefully tomorrow will be good too.. =)
Going to celebrate Suwan's belated birthday and farewell tomorrow after work... Then going to an anniversary party at Serangoon Gardens...YEAH!!
Always look forward to fun things...fun events.. especially events with good food... woooohoo! I booked Suwan's cake from St. Leaven in Taka.. Strawberry shortcake.. look very good.. hopefully it tastes good too..
Talking about cake, we celebrated Zibin's birthday on Wed night.. his cake was from the Japanese cake shop (long name, cant remember).. anyway, the cake from this shop is SO expensive! but my friend work there, so she got Zibin's Mini Choc Fudge for free.. but it's real mini... the Mini cake can cost up to $23! the 1kg cake is $50!!! glad that i tasted one before..it's soft cheesecake inside... yummy.. (^_^)v
I'm deciding whether to go sleep now or not.
Cause my friends will be back from Australia! Reaching Changi Airport at 11pm and by the time they reach PGP, it will be around 12+am... I work morning shift tomorrow... o_O
Maybe i should take a nap... Then can greet them later.. =)

Personally, I like the "Sans Response" and "Psycho Killer" and "Final Sounds"...
a screenshot of the "Pyscho Killer" performance... their choreography was like clockwork! very cool!! audience was very impressed... check out www.introdans.nl for more info about them and more pictures.
an eye opening experience for me cause I personally had not watch this kind of performance before... thank you tn for helping me get the discounted tic!! some of the dances may be too "deep" for me to understand but it's a worthwhile experience.. Glad that I made this last minute decision.. \(^o^)/

I was eating lunch and as always, i will do something interesting with lunch..like watch TV or watch a drama or play a game.. The game i was playing halfway stopped cause my Free Trial was over.. so no game.. I decided to check out a blog that my friend recommended and I do read once in a while...

Now that I'm doing my attachment, I get seniors and pharmacists asking me to ask questions also... so that you will learn! "Seriously, you must ask the pharmacists some questions!" -quoted-
But I prefer to look at the ingredients and figure them out myself... unless there were a few times when I figured out what medicine should be recommended and why but it differed from the pharmacist's recommendation.. Then, I asked.. It was for sales purpose that her recommendation was different... Hmm...so should I ask more questions?
My friends and I always wonder how our coursemates always have so many questions to ask after lecture while we happily thinking what to have for lunch instead.... Maybe we are not like Vincent (http://vbglau.blogspot.com/), maybe we are just lazy? hehe...

Last weekend....
was an enjoyable one...
Met up with WY to do our "assignment" at Orchard... Haihz.. it was sooo tiring and difficult to complete this "assignment"..thanks to our dear boss la...went from Wisma Atria to Tanglin Mall and back to Takashimaya and to Paragon and back to Wisma Atria...if you dont know, that's quite a distance...
Couldnt do much, so i called up helper..haha.. helper got mesmerised by a bunch of people hitting away on drums (and pots??) along Orchard Road.. so helper sat watching at cool drummers while helping me complete the assignment...
We decided to leave for Raffles City while helper didnt want to budge.. on our way to the MRT station, we met MZ and XT!! who insisted that i go to YH's bdae party... I made up my mind there and then to go! yes!!
I wanted to go to the birthday party in the first place anyway..just that i had to work afternoon shift on Sat and my partner couldnt change the shift with me... But now that we are assigned to do something else instead of reporting to work, I could go!
Just one problem though..
I was in white T shirt and 3/4 jeans..
No dress code for the party, just colour code which were Red, Black, Silver or Gold(night colours) for ladies.. and Day colour for guys..
But it was at a country club...
MZ was very nice to call up another ex classmate for help... But since me and WY already very tired and fed up with the assignment, we decided to go shopping instead! and i bought a black top while WY got a white one...
Off to the party with MZ and XT.. met up with the rest of my JC classmates there! not all but some that I had not seen in a long time! great to see them again...
all of us with the birthday boy... hAppY biRthDay YeE HaUn!!! all of us were in black.. as my friend said, "so unimaginative"..haha... where is the silver and gold? and red? anyway, the food was good and the cake was superb!! \(^0^)/ the best thing was to meet up again...
On Sunday,
met up with yj and je for lunch..with sm and ky also.... at Maxwell food court.. the chicken rice was good...
Then met wy and dinesh too for the Geyao performance... (dont know the name of the place..whoops..)
But it was a musical 3 hours... the performers were fairly good, some better than the otherss... The guest performer was very good! a local rock band called Rusty Nailz.. heard about them before but didnt know they sing in Chinese.. i thought they are an English band...
They sang 3 songs and they were good!
Went to Raffles City to try completing our "assignment" again... and off to Marina Bay for dinner! hadnt been there for more than a year!! It's the orientation season again and there I was at Marina Bay again..but not with orientation groups..hehe...
Just the 5 of us... EAting like there's no tomorrow...hahaa..
But now, having sore throat... Just came back from another "assignment" trip to Suntec City... ate at the Hong Kong restaurant... not bad, but a little salty (the Fish Horfun)...
Now checking modules to take next semester and my friend send me this from work...haha..
Edison! during the Initial D movie promo i think... cause there was Shawn Yue also..
I like Edison, not Shawn.. though i like the name Shawn/Shaun (not Sean..eee..)...
Going back to work on Thursday... hmm..kinda miss working now that I'm slacking in the room... But when I'm working, I always look forward to off days... Human is hard to please...

hahaa.... We made that conclusion in unison while just talking casually... ahhahaha... are we experiencing quarter life crisis? Maybe...
Are we experiencing loneliness? Cause friends getting attached and being away from home totally does not help...
My friend asked me whether I am still looking for a bf after witnessing my friend's unhappy relationship..
I said yes!
but on 2nd thought, I said maybe no.. Actually, it had not been on my agenda for quite a long time.. Cause I have other things to worry about? Or had I just simply gave up any hope of finding someone? Both i guess... Nowadays, high on my agenda is doing my work well, having enough money to pay for accomodation and eat (and hopefully to shop and watch movie)... meeting up with friends... I think it simply boils down to personal happiness nowadays... I'm evolving into this selfish creature! cause like my SDU senior said, when you are not in a relationship, you dont give and take.. you only take and take...

the past week...
Sun: was in my room the whole day and super bored!! asked CM out for dinner... not anywhere far, just Fong Seng.. but didnt get to eat my nasi lemak... super sad... ate Maggi Goreng instead, which tasted funny btw... and i had terrible stomachache that night... =(
Mon: work but afternoon shift... typed in a few prescriptions... not bad... still not familiar with all the products in the shop... recommended a few medicines... i think..
Came back from work and found a letter stuck under my door... a "Termination of Stay" letter from the management!!! @#$%^&
I just shifted into the temporary room for exactly a week!! Before i shifted, I asked the lady in the office til when can i stay in the temporary room? And she said early August, which was good cause my friends' things in my room and they will be back only at the end of July... decided to go to the office the next morning...
Tue: went to the office in the morning and it was packed!! all the freshies are here!! sienz...
i successfully went in to talk with the lady who gave me my temporary room... she forced me to move out!! into my actual room.. but i argued with her...unsuccessfully though cause when i argue, my voice would change and tears would come out already...so, i didnt argue too much...
On the other hand, she gave me til Monday to move.. I had the keys to both rooms but I'm matric card-less...
off to work.. business was so bad!! the amount of customers were so little it's scary!! Felt like I prefer night shift cause less people and only the young pharmacist left.. and she is super nice!
A customer came in for a lot of medicines near my dinner time.. so i only had dinner at 8pm (finish work at 9pm)... And i met a customer while i was eating.. After telling her the working hours and break time (FYI: is half an hour only) of a pharmacist, she was shocked! and she said "Worse than a receptionist!! This is not funny! Pharmacist you know?! "

Make me felt more miserable than I already was...haha.. but it's okay...
Wed: off day! but woke up at 7.20am to get trolley from Mi Chelle... tried to use the trolley.. met suming at 8.30am and started moving with the help of the twins and wei sheng... THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! they always help people move rooms.. super nice friends to have!!
finished moving, unpacked and went to have lunch... then helped suwan send her laptop to the notebook center at Science Fac...
back to my room to complete my homework before meeting the pharm gang at Orchard..was sienz..so took some pictures of a photobook i got back from Japan..
the effect's straight from the phone... the photos in the booklet is nice...
met up with my pharm group at McD...ate McD again!!
finished meeting and went to meet HO gang for movie at Shaw Lido.. Pirates of the Caribbean 2!!!! great movie!!
was so funny!! I laughed very hard...haha... cause not much people in the cinema also.... so i just laughed like nobody's business... like the soundtrack a lot..especially when they were swinging in the cage and the background music was so dramatic!! LOLX...
movie ended at 11.30pm and reached PGP near 1am? super tired...
Thurs: woke up at 8.30am to pass things to suwan... then accompanied Liche to eat breakfast.. havent eaten breakfast in the canteen for a long time!!! nice feeling... saw a lot of freshies going for orientation.. with nametags around their neck... enjoy while you can.. haha..
went to work...and the Pharmacy Counter was so full!! there was another pharmacist who is on attachment cause he hasnt been practising for some time.. so needs to refresh his skills... and the 2nd in charge pharmacist came back from medical leave... so, in total, there were 4 registered pharmacists and one pre reg pharmacist and 2 students (including me).. which made a grand total of 7!! obviously, we can fit into the pharmacy counter lar... So, i spend the whole day outside..walking around the aisle.. till at night...when everybody left except me and the 2nd in charge..who is a very nice and cute pharmacist!! (^_^)
he let me go off earlier!! although just 15 minutes but still **\(^0^)/ **
reached PGP before 10pm but then had to help my friend shift to my room temporarily... so tired.... but still have to calculate the stocks given by my preceptor before i go to sleep...
fainted at 11.30pm
Fri: woke up at 6.20am!!! cause I had to be at the pharmacy at 8am for stock take... zzzz
reached the pharmacy and some people were counting the stocks...they need to finish before the list is printed out for us to counter check.. so we ate breakfast together in the outlet..hehe.. McD again! o_O but it was a nice bonding session with the other workers there.. all spoke Malay! hahha...
stock take was @_@ .. made my eyes blur blur...
had a meeting at 4pm at Great World City and I didnt know how to go back to NUS from there..haha...so i took a bus to Tiong Bahru Plaza instead and met kahying for dinner.. =)
reached PGP at 8+pm.. super tired... o_O
Then got a call from JiaEn who just got back from KL with my present from Chienwen.. when i saw the present I was already thinking "Oh no, she got me such a big and heavy present.. must be expensive..." and felt a bit paiseh already...
when i opened the present back in my room, i was shocked to get this!

Anywayz, today, I got somehow "lectured" by my senior about the importance of finding a partner in university.. she told us the importance of getting the balance by setting up your own family... and how it is the best time to look for "the one" in university... cause you will be of same mentality and have more common topics... moreover, when you work, most people will already be attached... so chances will be slimmer....and many many more things that she said... in a very serious tone...she sounded like she got paid by SDU you know!! hahaa... so how? 2 more years before i graduate... she told us luckily she successfully grabbed one from her uni years..haha..
My bag is falling apart.. =(
But i dont have money to buy a new one.. how?

I regained my appetite!! and it came back stronger than ever before! haha..
Felt hungry the whole day...
On my way back, i suddenly had the urge to create a wishlist by the side of my blog.. you know the kind where you strike off what you had achieved or gotten...
So, I was thinking about my wishes to be put in my wishlist..
and i realised, more than 90% of my short term wish list involves EATING!

today is my off day! yeah!!
but i have to work on Saturday... this week i have morning shift but the next week will be afternoon shift... may be a good thing to be in the afternoon anyway...then dont have to wake up so early... but the bad thing is by the time i reach hostel it will be near 10pm already.. so tiring...
regretted choosing such a far place to work...
but then i like working in town... cause you get to see so many different kinds of people... when i was at City Hall area, i got to see many business looking people...cause it's the business place..banks... and big companies' offices...
in Orchard, i got to see more young people.. and a lot more tourists...
and i realised there are soooooo many Indonesian tourists!
they will come in to get so many kinds of Prescription Only Medicines by export sales.... and they have a lot of money!!
on my 1st day at Orchard, this man gave a $1000 note to the pharmacist and she had to return him about $800+ ... i was like whoa!! i'd seen the S$1000 note less than 5 times in my life... the other day, this man bought $400+ worth of medicines... o_O
while working in Funan, I'd been taught a lot of things...cause we only have lunchtime and after work crowd...
in Orchard, i got the experience.. cause my preceptor is super busy, he has no time to stand there and teach us things.. but i got to see and experience a lot of situations.. and answering a lot of phonecalls... everybody wants something from this outlet... @_@
but time passes really fast when there are so many people... but it's super stressful.. i dropped 1 tablet or capsule per day..whenever i count tablets and capsules... luckily those that i dropped are not expensive.. imagine dropping this anti-malarial medicine which is $7.41 per tablet... can die... my salary is $5 per day...
sometimes i felt like a burden to the pharmacists there.. cause i couldnt do much.. 1stly cause i'm no good in my pharm-ing knowledge.. so i need to ask everything.. 2ndly i have not much confidence to talk to the customers myself.. =(
the only things i know how to do are count stocks and count tablets.. and paste stickers and answer the calls... (>_<) things that a non-pharmacy student can do.. i'm not needed at all.. though i'm a "free" labour la.. haihz... nevermind about the not so happy thing... i just drank coffee... just half a packet and i felt excited.. coffee does weird things to our body hor... but i love coffee... more than i love tea.. although i love both of them together also... \(^0^)/ so i have this sudden urge of happiness.. haha... i have had this happiness these past few days... i was super sad on Mon... better on Tue cause everything about the temporary room was settled... and even better on Wed... cause i got another birthday present! 
the picture is not very clear... but it's a Precious Moments Hopechest with birthstone on it!! so happy le!! it's very pretty! plus it's my favourite Precious Moments.. thank you so much to such a good friend... wahahahha...

Birthday is such a happy thing.... in your birthmonth, you can get 35% discount plus a birthday gift from Polar Cakehouse... you can get a free ice cream from Swensens on your birthday... and many other places give you free things or food on your birthday....
then your friends and family are super nice to you on your birthday.... you are well treated for the day... you can make all the decision and they wont say no... you can ask for anything!~ and hopefully some cool friends will get it for you... i know my friends did... you get funny, happy singing e-cards.. you get more Friendster testimonials ever... you get soo many SMS-es in one night+day... you can really ask for anything!~ like a mini cigar.... (still waiting for it to come..)
you get treats... you can get your friends to eat expensive food... *lolz* (joking..)
wahahahha.. and many many more things i cant think of right now... oh..you can even declare your own holiday... in my case, my birthday coincides with the Governor's birthday every few years... so i declare state holiday! wahaha.. actually he(governor) declare and i enjoy... state holiday means family outing to somewhere cause crowd not as big as when it's a national holiday...
one whole week after my birthday, i'm still feeling so happy..haha.. post-birthday happiness..
can't wait to go watch Pirates of the Caribbean 2: Dead Man's Chest!!
in the new cinema at Dhoby Ghaut... that place looks so cool.. from outside, it's like an old grey building... it just looks like it came out from the 1930s kinda building.. but inside is super modern.. it's just so cool.. got to check out the website: http://www.thecathaycineplex.com.sg/
all the lead actors and actress of PoTC2 during the preview in Disneyland i think (cause i saw picture of Mickey there too..).. all my personal favourites..Johnny Depp is my favourite actor! he's good looking but he likes to take on characters that dont show his real looks.. e.g.: Edward Scissorhand, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory... voice in Corpse Bride... or as weirdo in Secret Window... and this pirate with eye liner..lolz... my sis likes him a lot too.. his 1st movie i watched was "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?" .. the one with Leonardo DiCaprio in it..
omg.. Johnny Depp looked so young!! hahaha... well, Orlando Bloom is another of my favourite.. after LOTR...hahaha... and Keira doesnt look too good in this pic..but she's pretty! and can act.. woohoo.. i like..haha..

About more than half a year ago...
my friend told me about her friend's friend who is good looking.. and then she showed me his picture on friendster...
good looking eh?
then she asked me to add him to my Friendster list.. and she would to.. so i did.. but she didnt!
ish.. kena cheated...
but i was approved.....
so from then on, whenever my friend is bored, she will check his page to see whether he added new pictures... then we will both go and see the new pictures...
haha.. but the thing is..
his details in Friendster is 26,male, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia..
first of all, he doesnt look 26.. secondly, he doesnt look too much like a Malaysian either... and his friends totally dont look Malaysian..or they are a bunch of real cool Malaysians.. haha..

I was reading a magazine... and saw this guy's pictures in the magazine! and since it's a Chinese magazine, and i cant really read chinese...i dont know why is he featured in the magazine...but i could read his personal details.. and it was stated that he is a Taiwanese.. and only 20 years old!!!
i saw his Friendster pictures in the magazine..
weird! so i came back and told my that friend about it... I was thinking how come this Malaysian guy/girl so wu liao.. copy and upload all other ppl's pictures and put in her/his Friendster... cause if he was some famous ppl then maybe ok lar.. he wasnt even famous yet... or i didnt know he was famous... at least he wasnt famous in this part of the world...
then two days ago, i was at a shopping mall and saw his poster!! apparently, he is a Taiwanese singer! 20 years old... he was from a band before this.. and now released a solo album...
so i went to Google him..and found his blog at http://www.wretch.cc/blog/a80906 ...
and i compared the pictures there to the pictures i have in my Friendster list.. same!
then i checked the date of the start of the blog..and the date the other person joined Friendster.. the date of the blog was earlier.. so i made my conclusion that this guy was already famous in Taiwan..and this Malaysian may had known it first..before any of us in Malaysia or Singapore heard of him..and uploaded all his pictures into his/her Friendster.. and got 600+ friends thinking they had added a good looking guy as friend...

that's what i'm feeling now.. i was super depressed today... cause super bad luck... lousy life... the bad luck just hit left, right, center, front and back.. and right into the face... life sucks!
why.. cause i was too happy on Saturday.. i used up my one week's worth of happiness and good luck.. so i'm doomed for the rest of the week... really....
today was super bad... haihz....
ok..i just wasted a lot of time..instead of studying...

My birthday celebration 8th July 2006
First of all, a very BIG thank you to all that had made my birthday this year a super happy one!! yeah yeah!!
Thanks for all the SMSes at midnight... Thanks for all the MSN wishes and chats... Thanks for the e card... thanks for the email ( a pleasant surprise birthday email from someone who i had not met for about 3 years!! totally made my day..)..and of course thanks for the presents and birthday cards...
and most importantly, thanks to all those who came for tea and dinner!!
In the afternoon, I met up with some HO mates for ice cream at Haagen Daz in Holland V.. so happy can!! This was only my second time eating Haagen Daz cause it's super ex.. but it's super good! it was my 3rd wonderful ice cream experiences in a row.. on Thurs, a supplier came to the shop and treated us to Swensens lunch plus ice cream! then on Friday, my preceptor treated us to Andersen's ice cream..woohoo!! of the 3, Haagen Daz was the best! the smoothest... and i liked the Strawberry flavour the most! =)
We ordered the Fondue...
super thick melted chocolate in the middle... and cute small ice cream balls at the side with fruits, cookies and cakes... super yummy!!

then we ordered banana split... which was super yummy also..
and we had another one with apple pie... the apple pie was very good!!! way better than McD kinda apple pie... i personally dont like apple pie much but that was so good...
ws then ordered a cup of Irish cream coffee (or something like that).. basically hot chocolate with some alcohol in it... it was for me! nice too!! (to make the same thing, just make Milo and pour in alcohol..haha..remember must be super thick Milo..) but it was very special... ^_^

Then, some of the HO mates went with dinner with us... together with my pharm mates and ex-JC friends..
Dinner was to be steamboat near Bugis area... never tried before... so we went finding for the place... the food was alright (prawns and crabs were fresh..) but the place was SUPER WARM!! like in SAUNA!!

my birthday cake! coffee flavoured... from Breadtalk.. luckily not from Bengawan Solo.. so sick of cakes from Bengawan.. o_O this had a cup of coffee (or actually a chocolate cup filled with fresh cream or mousse) which spelled disaster... but the cake was delicious... very soft and just melted in the mouth kind.. and not creamy... ^_^

then disaster struck...
stupid CC wiped the cream onto my face with the cake knife!! to make mask.. and then yj said should put on the other side also.. haihz... i'm not as happy as i look you see.. they were pushing me all the way to the end.. i couldnt run and they used the male strength to overpowered me.. sobz...
my favourite pic! we were walking back to MRT station when we saw this Bear Workshop shop.. it's where you can pick your own bear skin, stuffin etc and have your bear specially made! and this super HUGE bear was sitting at the window display.. we were staring at it.. then my friend just went in and asked the shopkeeper for permission to take picture with the bear! hahaha... and i'm holding my birthday present.. they wanted to see in comparison... but i liked my present very much too!
These were my presents and cards.. still got bear bear.. yeapz.. it's yellow in colour!! wahahaha... and a Guardian Angel key chain.. i like!! and a photoframe..haha..
and my favourite present of all was this...
a Precious Moment porcelain figurine!! It's something that i had always wanted!! so happy! can fly...lolz... this is called "Baby".. a baby girl waiting to eat... with a finger in her mouth... hahaha.. so cute!! THANK YOU SO MUCH to all of you who gave me this!!! whether or not you put cream on my face! hahaha..
and i also like this chocolate heart given by khim n jf too! very pretty! thanks!! ^_^

OH My God!! this one is so funny! lolz... it's not send by somebody..i just found it myself.. self entertaining... and i like the band! lolz...
it's MY birtHdaY today!! YEAH!
I feel weird this year... I'm 22 years old now.. not too old yet... but not too young either... and this year, I wont be with my family members.. I'm in Singapore.... So, dont have the usual ang pow, or the veggie lover pizza... or the birthday cake...
The other weird thing is i dont have a wishlist this year... not anything materialistic or anything emotionally that i want to achieve... for once, i think soft toy is overwhelming me... digicam is not so on top of my "wanted" list anymore...
But a present will still be nice... nothing in particular.. surprises are the best...
this year, it will just be a nice meal with a group of good friends.... good food and good company makes one happy! yeah!!
To a happy and mature year ahead.... to a fruitful year... to a wonderful enriching year... to a year filled with more friendship and care... to a HAPPY year ahead!! yeah!
i bought roses for the pharmacy assistants cause it's my last day at Funan.. going over to Orchard Centrepoint... well, the roses are really nice and fragrant.. i put them in the storeroom and the whole storeroom smelled so nice! and they are a nice shade of dark orange! very nice...i like...
i dont know why.. but girls will always like flowers.. (^_^)v

Missing it....
the pic below is my current wallpaper... these few days, whenever i on my comp, I would think of the wonderful trip and the wonderful weather there! Man, I missed the trip terribly!!
Then i realised my friend was looking through her collection of photos also... apparently missing the trip as much as i do.... most wonderful 7 days in my life ever.... haihz.....
only photos as reminders... to bring back all the memories... of the beautiful country, people and weather... of the politeness, cleanliness, efficacy of the people and place... of the early sunrise (6am is like our 8/9am!) and early sunset ... of the thousand temples surrounded by beautiful greeneries... it's a country like no others... and i really miss it... =/
I like this drink which is called Cherry Popper.. It looks nice with the cherry in it.. It has Vodka and cherry juice....The Tequila Sunrise also look pretty..with nice orange-red colour...
