no more Daniel here..

sadly to announce that my friend complained of the many pictures of Daniel in my blog..(not many what.. >_<) so i shall refrain from posting about Daniel in my blog anymore..except in special cases.. for more Daniel news, check out www.danielfansclub.blogspot.com .. i'm a contributor..and my post was commented by Daniel himself when he visited the fan site!! yeah!!! dont jealous yea..

anyway, i was blue today.. i always thought of myself as a kind of a loner..i used to be able to not talk with anyone for a few days except at very critical times like asking for something when i really needed.. i could stand not having anyone with me.. though i can't go to eat alone at fancy restaurants like 2 of my friends can..if i'm alone, i'll just grab something and eat..
but today, i was so angry with my friends..all dumped me to have lunch by myself..i felt DUMPED.. lonely..and sad.. and revert back to my SDU state.. (single,desperate and ugly..) (>.~)

though i told hy a few days ago that i will not be on the lookout anymore..i dont want to go "fishing" anymore..cause i truly believe good guys are taken except those who are afraid of relationship, gay or have very high expectations.. and i asked hy to look for those who just broke up..ahha... hehehehe..
hmmm..friends can dump you.. family members wont..but my family is so far away.. sigh.. :~(
guess i'll live in loneliness...( in case you reading this think that it's nothing serious..and nothing big with eating lunch alone.. you dont know a Cancerian girl well enough..)

Blue as the blue wavelength can be..scattered by the atmosphere..separated from each other.. just so that we can have a blue sky.. (crappiness crept in..)

DANIEL IS MALAYSIAN IDOL 2!!

OMG!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

CONGRATULATIONS DANIEL!! ^_^

DANIEL, MY MALAYSIAN IDOL..

A simple undergraduate from Changlun, Kedah who loves music..

but he has BIG DREAMS... to succeed in the music industry..

He sang his heart out in the Audition and impressed the judges with his version of "Heaven Knows"..

He again impressed the judges with his duet with Xerra in the Theater Elimination, singing "Fire"..

But, not all went well, Daniel received harsh comments during the Spectaculars..

He persevered..

and went on to put up great performances, one after another..

He proved his critics wrong by songs like "Kini Bebas", "Angin Malam", "Somewhere over the rainbow" and "Heaven Knows"..

and in the final, he gave an almost flawless performance..

to be crowned the winner of Malaysian Idol 2!!

Daniel !!

watched Malaysian Idol 2 Grand Finale just now..and the 2 hours literally flew pass.. so fast.. argh..not enough.. i want more!! wahahaha...
Both of them did equally well.. not like last year when the winner was so obvious..
Daniel sang the winner's single "Mimpi" first..and the music was so loud it drowned his voice.. sigh..blame the sound technician..and he was quite nervous too but he got better towards the end of the song.. and his second song was "Heaven Knows"..very predictable..as was his last song "Angin Malam".. but Daniel did really really well for both songs tonight.. especially the falsetto parts for "Heaven Knows" were flawless..totally superb!!! with "Angin Malam", he totally menjiwai the song.. and made it his own.. really really superb performances..
And Daniel was so good in answering question tonight..haha.. maybe he went for communication crash course..
Nita was great for "Berhenti Berharap"... and that was her first song..so comparatively, Daniel lose out in the first round of songs as Mimpi wasnt great.. For her second song, Nita sang "Big Spender" which was ok too but i still prefer her version in the Spectaculars..and her third song was "Mimpi"..and when she sang, i realised it's not Daniel's soft voice..the music is really LOUD!! Nita needed to shout to be able to be heard over the super loud accompaniment.. hmm.. and i don't think the song suited her..cause it's more Indo PopRock and it's a Malay song..

So, in conclusion, Daniel did not disappoint me.. but Nita was equally good.. all the judges' comments were good today..so no point discussing them as they looked so rehearsed.. I hope Daniel can win..but i won't be very disappointed if he doesn't win also..cause he finally showed his critics that he can truly sing and be a superstar.. though he looked real small when standing beside Nita..haha
Nita and Daniel did a duet of "You'll be in my heart" (Malay and English version) ..with the rest of the Top 11 too.. great ending to a great show tonight.. impatiently waiting for result show tomorrow..

Daniel and Nita- Malaysian Idol Final 2

Daniel and Nita in the newspaper after emerging as the 2 finalists of this year's Malaysian Idol.. Farah was eliminated in the Top 3 and Daniel got the highest votes.. which is not surprising as Farah's fans are mostly schooling kids or young adults.. daniel has support of his ex-boses at the different unplugged cafes and Nita has many working adult friends from her singing in the pub.. my opinion.. ^_^

No matter Daniel wins or not, he had enough exposure and hopefully a record company will sign him and make him as successful as Nicholas Teo, which in my opinion is the most successful singer who comes from a singing contest.. ^_^

truly disastrous~

the last few days had been totally disastrous..i dont know why..maybe i'd done too many bad things.. talked bad about people..gossip too much..sigh..
it had been disastrous.. yesterday nite was the 1st time i cried in my room this sem.. This sem had passed especially quickly as i had been so busy with sooo many things.. yesterday, the pressure was just too much for me to handle..and the fact that i might need to pay for a new microwave cause i spoilt the old one was too unbearable that tears just flowed down..to be exact, tears didnt just flow down..i was sobbing quite uncontrollably..sigh.. then i decided not to go to the TriFac Bash..somehow..deep down inside me i still wanted to go.. .. at the very last minute, i bought the ticket..with Wanxia's money cause i was kinda broke..just in a second, i'd made my decision to go..

But, it might have been a BAD decision.. on the other hand, it might have been a good one..

but, if i didnt go to the bash..i might still be in the dark..not knowing..still carrying false hopes..

i'm goin home next Fri..can't wait..to get away from this sad and stressful place..though only for a few days.. i hope it will be a good break for me from all these craziness..

My friends and I used to complain that our life is like a ____________ ...no ups and downs.. just plain life.. now i feel there are too many bumps and obstacles in life.. knowing i will never go back to the simple life.. NEVER!

It's sad, but it's true.. be the rainbow in the storms of life? easy to say, hard to do.. life sucks!

Hope i can cheer up soon.. (>.<)

say NO to chocolate (cause of stupid theobroma oil suppositories.. thats the base of chocolates..) and Candy ( argh!)..

Busy with capital B

Had been busy busy busy.. when am i going to finally settle down to do some serious studying.. I had studied 3 times only this sem..

before 1st "Understanding the Universe" lecture.. that was partly because i thought astronomy would be more interesting than my other modules.. and also i thought the book would better help me sleep.. zzz..( it did by the way..and it was interesting too, before i fell asleep) ^_^
Before LSM 2101 tutorial.. i do listen in lectures..but then, there are just too much to remember..so i had to study to do my tutorial..in case i'm called out.. phew..
Before Pharmacostats quiz!! and we were told a day earlier only..had to frantically learn how to use my calculator statistically.. honestly..i never never know.. *sob* then had to study all the slides cause the lecturer always make me lose attention in class.. either i fall asleep or i'm thinking or doing other things.. or he made me confused..couldnt follow anymore..so, had to study real hard for the quiz.. 2% of my final mark.. >.<

argh..need sleep more than anything..tmr is another busy day.. hope i can find a nice weekend..where i can just stay in my room..

went shopping again today..it's my weekly therapy to keep me sane, k! and bought something.. hmm..hope will stop buying things weekly though..especially things i dont really need..
