Every Special Moment in my Life~

Had not been blogging for a while. School had started and Week 1 just ended. The week where I have only 1 or 2 classes in a day had ended. The happy slacking week is over..
Labs and tutorials will start next week.
Yesterday, I was infected by a syndrome called "Don't-know-what-to-do"... haha.. I founded and named that syndrome.. so it can also be known as Hwachin Syndrome.. Basically, the symptoms are don't feel like studying, but don't feel like watching drama or movies, don't feel like sleeping (cause you took your afternoon nap and it's still too early to sleep), don't feel like eating (cause you had been stuffing yourself the whole day..) etc. In short, do not have anything that you want to do. So, end up with nothing to do. And feeling restless about it. The syndrome spread fast. First it was me, then it was wx..and then hy...
Well, I'm cured now. But wx is still in serious condition. It lasted til now. really...

Since I don't know what to do, I browsed through my Jap photos again... and found some photos to put up here...
When we were there, I wanted to try all those things that we can get in Sg and Msia also but originated from Japan.. We tried their takopachi (Sg's nicer..), and takoyaki (about the same..), and the usual ramen, sushi, soba, omurice..
And we also ate at Yoshinoya which was A LOT NICER than Sg's.. The rice was so nice!
Then we also saw some of the shops that we can find in Sg too..

MOS Burger..on our way back to our hotel.. We didnt eat here though..

Then, we found

Takashimaya District Gate.. We also found the exact similar Takashimaya Shopping Center..

Of course, we found Kinokuniya..

Daiso! ^_^

We also saw some funny adverts..

This advertisement outside a hair saloon in Kyoto showed a drawing with messy hairstyle labeled "BAD" and the other one with straight hair labeled as "Good".. haha... But apparently most people in Japan has those messy hairstyle rather than the straight one..

As can be seen from this pic, the only Japanese in the pic is the one with the very messy hair.. standing at the back with flowery shirt.. (we were in a LRT-like train to see the Rainbow Bridge)

Other special things that we found in Japan include these...

A vending machine that is found usually near the entrance of an eating place.. You put in the money and press the food that you want (just like how you would buy a Coca Cola from the drinks vending machine..)..The food does not come out from the machine though.. Not that high tech yet.. You get an order ticket-like thingy and you bring this to the cooks to prepare for you. So, you wait at the counter for the food.. This is to buy those noodles, rice etc.

There was also this HUGE handphone outside a shop.. and this can be used to call! SEriously!! We tried.. you punch in the phone number of the person that you want to call on that HUGE keypad.. and press "Call"...and then you talk like that...

There are a lot of shops selling these kind of anime-like clothings..

And you can see many girls dressed up in those costumes to give out free tissue papers.. On these packets of tissue papers are advertisements..

These are ice creams called Dipping Dots. The pink and strawberry coloured ones is called Strawberry Cheesecake (a flavour of ice cream that you now find in Ben & Jerry's too).. the one with multi-coloured balls is called erm..i forgot.. it just basically has a lot of flavours in it.. I had the "Strawberry Cheesecake" which is very nice!

Yeapz.. That's all I want to share today. I just found out there are some photos that I had not received from the trip. Going to look through them and maybe post somemore interesting photos.. ^_^
