Is being in single-sex school better or worse than being in a co-ed school? I had been in single-sex school all my primary and secondary school life.. quite pathetic huh.. so sheltered and unexposed..haha.. not only that, my primary and secondary school is affliated..which means my classmates had been with me for 11 years! since P1.. we know each other as well as we know our siblings.. and all of them are girls la..even 99% of the teachers are women.. why ar? cause (in secondary school especially), men teachers get too much attention from hormone-raging teenage girls..haha.. not me though cause i had never been interested in men that old.. and my hormone not that *heong* (violent..hehe).. There's another problem with being in an all girl school..Higher chance of being lesbians...I have nothign against them..i have friends who labelled herself as "male".. hmm.. am i one too? nay..i like guys too much ( my friends can testify to this..hahahha) maybe cause i'm bored of girls.. I have 3 sisters and no brothers..my friends were all girls.. and my close cousins are 80% girls.. usualy at family gatherin, there will only be 2 guy cousins..hahah.. pity them sometimes.. cause you know normal young boys dont like to mix with girls..( i mean really young time..like in primary school?and early sec) if one of the cousins did not turn up, the other one will just sit at the side all by himself.. and he's the super quiet type.. well, after being in all girl school for so many year, i'm super comfortable hanging out with girls only..and super comfortable in forgetting about including guy friends..as commented by YJ: when we were in JC, the girls were anti-social..don't go out..only study.. well, i told him we did go out but since 99% of us( or was it 100%) were from all girls school all our life, we tend to forget about hanging out with guys.. or actually never thought of it..haha.. So, I have this ..erm..flaw? disadvantage? dont know what it's called.. kecacatan? that i tend to be nervous around the opposite sex.. ( i mean used to be.. ^_^) I still do now when I kinda like the guy..*lolx* maybe i shldnt blog this at all..considering Aman reads my blog..and Aman will tell everybody... and AMAN will laugh at me.. and AMAN will so threaten me next time.. but i just thought of it while bathing just now.. I was missing somebody a few days ago..when i met him today and needed to pass things to him, my hands were shaking (praying hard he didnt realise).. i was never nervous when talking to him le.. maybe used to be when I likeD him.. but now? I also have a disease..will be dumb in front of very cun guys.. I totally got nothing to say..cun in my definition.. see previous posts on the list of cun guys in my humble opinion.. ^_^ In conclusion, I will not want to send my children to single-sex school.. although these schools seem to produce more intellectual students.. just look at RI, RGS, Chinese High, Catholic High ( all top secondary schools in Sg..all single-sex).. look at Chung Ling High School Penang, PEnang Free School, Penang Chinese Girls' School..( all top schools in Penang and some top in the country too..) too early to think about it la..*slap myself awake* back to work! ^_^
