I'm going back to NUS this Sunday..New semester is starting on 10th Aug but i'm going back earlier as I have to attend harmonica practice in preparation for the Centennial Celebration Concert on 24th Aug.. NUS is celebrating 100 years of excellent education. So is pharmacy department.. celebrating 100 years of pharmacy education.. well, the picture below had been in my comp for quite some time.. forgot to blog about it..The guy in the middle in black singlet is Ah Ping from Island a.k.a "nian shao" ( a malaysian band consisting of 2 guys- Ah Ping and Ah Ming)..the guy on his left is his friend.. I took this picture in an MRT on my way to Orchard with Su Wan to meet Yu Jen.. I was just sitting opposite him and i guessed he realised we were staring at him..so he took out his hp and started playing with it the whole journey til he reached his destination at Sommerset station...This was one of the rare chances where I got to see "stars" so near..

My friend bumped into JJ Lin Junjie at Orchard Road before.. :( I never met anyone famous at Orchard Road...

As the title of this post suggests, I want to show some of the pics i took in NUS ( not exactly inside NUS..but the life i have..)

One of our favourite celebration is to eat at NUS McD cause it's cheaper than outside.. and it's at Engin..haha..(>.~) But it closes quite early..so we have to go to the McD at West Coast Park that opens til 2am while the drive thru is 24 hours..

Erm..SW, JE, CC and SM pretending to drive and be in a car when we went to WCP McD as it was after 2am..so have to buy at the drive thru... quite stupid huh? luckily i'm the camerawoman..hahaha..

On weekends, we cook..to taste better food and to save some money..It's cheaper to cook...

On Saturdays, we go to watch plays.. mostly by the different halls in NUS.. last 2 sems, we went to KE7, Sheares and KR's Hall play..

We had camp..this was Harmonica camp..our slippers..just for fun.. ^_^

Or go to ECP for a bicycle ride or to watch sunrise.. (n_n) 

Or watch performance at the Esplanade.. and i meant FREE performances.. The picture below was a Jazz performance.. Not that i like Jazz..It puts me to sleep..but the feel there was quite nice.. and you get to see people..many types of people..and feel the river breeze.. not bad at all..

But most of the time, we study..study real hard..study like there is no tomorrow..study hard, play hard.. that's life in NUS~ That's my bedroom floor.. quite little things as this was 1st sem..and my table and rack were crowded, so they had to be on my floor..That's my Edison file, chem book, notes and my printer..hehe..
